The Silver Cherry Publishing

In 2024 The Silver Cherry Publishing was established in debut with my first chapbook, “I Love You More.” Since then, “Just Like Her,” and “The Fruits of My Labor ,” and a full length poetry book, “Chrysalis,” have been published by Imani Warren. The mission is to self-publish poetry and prose in order to add creativity into how and what we publish as members of the publishing world. Fostering the past in order to enrich the future is the founding mission of the journey.

Meet The Author

Imani Warren

St. Louis-born poet and editor specializing in chapbook self-publication and collaboration in the Chicago literary scene. While receiving her BA in Environmental Policy from Loyola University Chicago, she founded The Silver Cherry Publishing, releasing three handmade chapbooks. She has also published a full length poetry book, Chrysalis, with Raging Possum Press. Imani has been focusing on poetry performance and event curation as her career progresses.
