On Sunday September 27 at Fourtune House, we will be hosting the release party for “saltwater psalms,” a book by inga.
Being our first published author, inga has alchemized their experiences into poetry to enrich not only her own work, but the works of poets to follow. Read more about inga’s work in their own words, below.
“saltwater psalms is a collection of poetry & personal essays written between 2021-2025 that journey through the emotional landscapes of Black womanhood, self love, sacral healing, & ancestral remembrance. it is an ode to my mother & my foremothers, a love letter to my sisters by blood & spirit, & a declaration of myself.”
